Who’s up for a delicious, simple dessert? My Easy Cake Batter Blondies are a breeze to whip-up and you’ll be impressed by the sweet results!
Using boxed cake mix in creative ways is totally my jam! Today, I’m transforming a box of yellow cake mix into blondies. These blondies are garnished with a hefty amount of sprinkles and white chocolate chips. There’s deliciousness in every single bite and you’ll want to make a batch for your family – stat!

These Easy Cake Batter Blondies only consist of six ingredients. You probably have everything in your pantry already! Your family will adore this dessert – and I hope you will too!
Ingredients:
- 1 Box of Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 egg
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup vegetable or canola oil
- ½ cup + 1 tablespoon of rainbow sprinkles
- 6 ounces white chocolate chips
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20-30 minutes
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×12 or 9×9 pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together cake mix and ½ cup of sprinkles.





Add egg, oil and heavy cream. Mix until combined.


Add white chocolate chips and fold.
Pour batter into greased pan and flatten evenly. The batter will be thick.
Garnish the top with remaining sprinkles.





Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until fully cooked. The edges should be brown and a toothpick should come out clean when inserted into the center.





Allow the bars to cool, about 45-60 minutes and then cut. Serve and enjoy!
