Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp white granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- ⅓ cup plus 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1-2 tsp milk
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2
Instructions:
Begin by preparing the flour: to eliminate any sort of bacteria, toast the flour in the oven by spreading it evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.
Add softened butter, sugars, vanilla and salt into a large bowl. Use a fork to combine.
Add cinnamon, if desired. Add flour one tablespoon at a time and stir until combined.
If the dough is too dry, add milk one teaspoon at a time until the rough reaches the desired consistency.
Serve and enjoy!
Variations:

To Make Brownie Batter Cookie Dough:
While preparing the butter, sugars, vanilla and salt, also add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder. Stir until thoroughly combined. Once all ingredients are combined and the desired consistency of the dough is achieved, add:
