Today, I’m sharing my super tasty recipe for Bailey’s Irish Cream Truffles. They’re smooth, chocolatey, and boast that familiar, rich taste that Bailey’s liqueur has to offer.
Sure, these Bailey’s Irish Cream Truffles may look fancy, but they are incredibly easy to whip-up! Imagine serving them at a dinner party, or for a bridal shower? You’ll definitely wow your guests with these elegant treats.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup 72% bittersweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 4 tbsp Bailey’s Irish cream
Ingredients for the Coating:
- 2 cups Hershey Cocoa Powder
Directions:
Line a 8×8 square dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Add heavy whipping cream to a small pot, and allow to simmer on medium-high heat.
Add chocolate chips into a medium-sized heat-proof bowl.
Once the heavy whipping cream has simmered, pour over the chocolate chips
Allow the cream and chocolate chip mixture to sit for 2 minutes, then whisk until completely smooth.
Use a rubber spatula to stir in the butter and Baileys. Mix until smooth.
Evenly spread the entire mixture into your lined pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Use a melon baller to scoop out the ganache and roll to form a ball/sphere.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a slipmat, and line with the ganache spheres.
Add cocoa powder into a large bowl.
Drop each ganache ball into the bowl of cocoa and coat thoroughly.
Place ball back onto the cookie sheet and repeat until all of the ganache has been rolled and coated. Serve and enjoy!
