Today, I’m going to teach you how to make an Instant Pot Angel Food Cake. With a few simple steps, you can have your own light, airy and easy-to-make Angel Food Cake.

Ingredients:
- 1 box Betty Crocker Angel Food cake mix
- 1 ¼ cup water (for cake)
- 2 cups water (for Instant Pot)
- 1 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
Lightly spray a bundt pan with oil and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add cake mix and 1 ¼ cups water. Mix until well-combined.
Pour batter into coated bundt pan and cover with foil.
Pour 2 cups of water into the inner pot of your Instant Pot.
Add trivet and bundt pan.
Close lid and set on manual, high pressure for 35 minutes.
Once time is up, allow for a 10-minute Natural Pressure Release.
Remove the bundt pan from the IP and place onto a wire rack. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Remove cake from bundt pan and place onto a serving plate, allowing it to cool completely.
Generously dust with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
