Add flour to a clean working surface and place dough on it. Knead for about 10 minutes, or until smooth and satiny. You may knead the dough in a mixer with a dough hook if desired.

Add oil to a large bowl and place dough inside of it, turning once to coat top with oil.

Cover the bowl and let rise in a warm area until double in size – this should take about 1 ½ hours.

Once the dough has risen, roll into a rectangle to fit the size of your prepared pan. Place the dough in the pan and push it into the corners with your fingertips.

Cover pan with a damp towel. Allow to rise a second time for about 45 minutes (you will not want it to double in size this time).

Once the 45 minutes is up, use your fingertips to push dimples into the dough. Repeat this across the entire surface. You will want to push your fingers deep into the dough, almost to the pan.
